If you have fabric requirements or have selected fabrics, our factory will have dedicated personnel go to the fabric market to look for fabrics that meet your requirements. After selecting the sample fabric, we will make the sample paper pattern according to your design requirements. During this period, if we have any detailed questions, we will communicate with the customer in a timely manner to achieve a more perfect sample.

After the paper sample file is completed, we will cut the sample fabric according to the printed paper sample. After the fabric is cut, it will be sewn. Generally, it takes one day to sew the sample. If the sample is very complex, it will take at most two days.

After the sample sewing is completed, we will first conduct size measurement and detail inspection to verify compliance with your design specifications. Upon completion of these quality checks, we will photograph the sample and submit the images for your review. Following your approval, we will perform thread trimming, ironing, and packaging processes. The finished sample will then be dispatched to you via DHL courier service.
